It rattles the mill by the rushing creek. True to this motto, the Lorenz family, formerly Paul Müller, has been running the Weitersbach mill on the Idarbach for more than 130 years. Ulrich Lorenz grows the wheat, rye and spelt to be ground in Weitersbach and Mengerschied according to SooNahe guidelines and sells the flour and other natural food in the small mill shop.
