Ferienwohnung "Bel Etage" holiday apartment | Bernkastel-Kues

Our cozy vacation rental apartment, Bel Etage, is in a quiet area near the Bernkastel city center and has sleeping facilities for a maximum of 2 people. There is a double bedroom for 2 people, one bathroom, a kitchen with a dining room. Bathroom and kitchen towels, and pillows, sheets, and covers are provided, and the kitchen is fully furnished with plates, silverware, and cooking utensils. The apartment cleaning service at the end of the stay is included in the rental price. A closed garage is at your disposal for a car of normal height (max. 1.80 m) for an extra charge of €7.00/day.

 

Bel Etage is just a short walk of 500 m to the Mosel River and 200 m to the Marktplatz. As you walk towards the river you will find restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the adjacent Hansen-Lauer Wine Estate. Free city internet is available in or near the Tourist Information Center on the river. 

 

There is a residence tax of €1.50 per person per day which is in addition to and separate from our rental prices. We have the proper tax forms and can assist you with this payment.

 

Rental Conditions:

 

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

 

Rental deposit: 50% of the total rental price, due when the reservation is confirmed.

 

Remainder of payment: in cash on arrival.

 

Arrival time: daily from 16.00.

 

Departure time: 10.00 maximum.
